When we where out and about in Paris in January pre-viewing Autumn/Winter collections from the wider menswear scene we had an inkling that Cuban Heel Boots would be one of the hottest footwear trends of this year.
Walking Parisian streets at the time it seemed every other fashion blogger was wearing a pair of the tight fitting, high heeled Chelsea Boot variants. Iconized over time through it's association with the Beatles - hence why they have adopted the nickname "Beatle Boot". Little did we know at that point is that what had always seen some form of underground demand had already started to trend on the mainstream circuit.
Little over a month later and our own SS20 Made In Portugal Hoxton Collection was already on the verge of being sold out with requests for more to be made coming from as far as Japan. We where expecting more to be ready in time for the end of March BUT the Coronavirus pandemic had other ideas. Thankfully, however, as the world gets back to some sort of normality we can eventually confirm that all five Hoxton (Cuban Chelsea and Zip Up) models will be back with us again in full size ratios by the end of this month.
Also seeing the introduction of three limited edition models; Hoxton Hombre, Stirrup and Sovereign, if you missed out first time around, make sure you sign up for pre-order and back in stock notifications to ensure that you are not left disappointed.
Expect to see plenty going on via Social Media closer to arrival date for product teasers and look book inspirations... The Verve anyone? If you already own a pair of our Cuban Heel Boots, show us how you wear yours by tagging us on Instagram for a chance to feature in #WALKwednesday over the coming weeks.
