Post the United Kingdom leaving the European Union, as part of our service for all customers within the European Union all shipments are delivered Duties and Taxes Paid
This means that you will not face any additional charges when your items enter Germany as we pick up these costs. Ultimately, the price you see displayed on our website is the price that you pay!
Unfortunately this amount cannot be displayed to you in the checkout or on any receipts that may be issued to you as the cost varies from parcel to parcel and is country dependent.. If you require further information about Duties and Taxes please see our FAQs Page for more information.
We are able to ship to ship to mainland Europe using both DHL and DPD Courier Services. We have found that both couriers offer fast and convenient deliveries with the average standard delivery service taking 3-5 Working Days.
If you require a next day delivery for footwear going within the European Opinion, this is possible by selecting the Express delivery service for your country within the checkout. For express, we exclusively use DHL which brings with it a wide range of guaranteed benefits including a moneyback for the price paid on shipping offer if your item(s) where not delivered on time*
Timed Services & Weekend Deliveries
Using the DHL Express next-day service we are able to guarantee a morning delivery to most customers in Europe should you require.
If you select this service in the checkout it comes with a missed time downgrade guarantee (the shipment gets downgraded to an Express Delivery.) That means you will be eligible to receive €5.00 EUR back via the form of a gift voucher should the courier deliver after the time stated within the courier option. If this is the case et us know by dropping us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is possible to offer weekend deliveries and shipping services for the majority of customers within Europe with DHL. If a Saturday shipping service is available to you in your area it will be displayed to you within the checkout.

Optional Courier Services
Please see below for optional courier services that will become available to you as soon as your items have been dispatched
- Pick Up From a DHL Service Point - You can arrange for your parcel to be picked up from one of the 50,000 DHL Service Points across Europe
- Schedule a Delivery - You can manage your parcel so that it is delivered on a convenient date for yourself.
- Signature Release - You can request that the DHL Driver leave your item in a safe place without the need for a signature
- Leave with Neighbor - If you are not going to be in you can also request that the parcel be delivered to a neighbor.
- Alternate Address - The DHL On Demand Delivery option will allow you to get your order delivered to an alternate address such as work or school if you know that you are going to be out when your parcel is due to be delivered.
- Vacation hold - If you are going on vacation, you can put the delivery of your parcel on hold up to a maximum of 30 days.
Once your item(s) have been dispatched with DPD and you have a tracking number you will be able to request that your item be delivered to one of DPD's 46,000 parcel shops Europe. This can be done once you have received confirmation that DPD has your parcel either through email or text message communications.
Leaving With a Neighbor or in a Safe Place -
On the day that your parcel is out for delivery you will be given a one hour delivery window. If you are not going to be home when the parcel is out for delivery DPD will give you the option to inform the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a next door neighbor.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday To Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the same working day. Where as we do our upmost to fulfil orders made after the cut off time, any orders received after this point will be dispatched on the next possible working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an Email or SMS notification with your tracking number on it. You can check your order's progress by clicking the link within the notification, by going to tracking pages upon the couriers website. and entering your tracking number or by downloading the Shop App for iPhone or Android.
You are also able to check the status of your order through the "Orders" section of your account page or by getting in contact with a member of our customer services team.
